Mr. Cincotta is a Partner at Scura Partners and has over 25 years of experience in investment banking. He has worked in multiple industry sectors, focusing primarily on Technology and Industrials, with companies ranging in size from Fortune 500 to start-up entities. Mr. Cincotta focuses on assisting his clients in the implementation of their strategic growth initiatives. His transaction experience covers the complete spectrum of investment banking products from M&A advisory to capital raising in both the public and private markets.
While at Citigroup, Mr. Cincotta also built two successful businesses centered on leveraging Citi’s comprehensive platform to better serve clients with investment banking needs. These initiatives led to the identification and execution of new transactions and a strengthening of the institutional relationship between Citi and its clients.
Mr. Cincotta received an M.B.A. in Finance from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania and graduated cum laude with a B.B.A. in Accounting from the University of Notre Dame.
