Robert J. Aiello is a Partner at Scura Partners. Rob has transaction experience in a range of industries, including technology, renewable energy, logistics, manufacturing and financial services.
Rob brings more than 25 years of M&A and leveraged finance expertise with large and medium cap companies. Prior to joining Scura Partners, Rob was head of Technology M&A at Prudential Securities, where he was also a member of that firm’s Investment Banking Management Committee. Prior to joining Prudential, Rob held senior M&A positions at DLJ and J.P. Morgan.
Rob is a recognized authority on mergers and acquisitions. He has spoken at numerous conferences, guest lectured at Harvard Business School, and co-authored “The Fine Art of Friendly Acquisition” in the Harvard Business Review. He serves on the advisory board of the Information Policy Institute, a premier center for research on issues relating to the regulation of information.
Rob received Juris Doctor from the University of Toronto and a Masters of Business Administration from the University of Western Ontario.
