- Scura Partners founded Dornoch as a vehicle exploit opportunities in distressed real estate in New Jersey, New York and Pennsylvania.
- Scura Partners anchored the first fund with a commitment of over $1.5 million. We then raised a further $13.5 million in equity interests in two funds.
- This equity enabled the funds to acquire in excess of $100 million in real estate assets.
